SAAEI’2026 Registration

All participants of SAAEI’2026 must complete their registration for the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must be included in the list of registered participants. It is not necessary for the author who submits the paper to be the same person who completes the registration.

Registration types

• Full registration: Each full (non-student) registration may be associated with up to two papers at no additional cost.
• Student registration: Available at a reduced rate. It allows association with one paper only.
• Open day registration: Access to the conference on Thursday, July 9 (does not include working lunches).
