The SAAEI is an annual conference that brings together researchers and companies from across the country to share research results, exchange ideas, and form consortia for future projects with greater efficiency and impact. The conference welcomes papers presenting original work in the fields of automation, electronics, and instrumentation. The official languages of the conference will be Spanish or English.

The conference is organized into thematic areas designed to group presentations by topic, bringing together researchers working in similar fields to facilitate idea exchange and the dissemination of research results.
