The SAAEI is the reference conference of the Spanish PEIESC chapter of the Power Electronics Society (PELS) and Industrial Electronics Society (IES), and of the Spanish I&M chapter of the Instrumentation and Measurement Society of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). These chapters (and through them, the aforementioned societies) endorse the scientific content of the conference.

The Annual Seminar on Automation, Industrial Electronics and Instrumentation, SAAEI, is an annual conference that in its 2024 edition (SAAEI2024) will be held for the first time in Granada.
This event aims to be a forum where specialists and researchers from universities, research centers and companies can share the results of their work, exchange ideas and form consortia with which to undertake future projects with greater efficiency and impact.

The SAAEI Steering Committee is the commitee in charge of guaranteeing the continuity of the conference and its stability, proposing and choosing venues for future editions.
