Permanent Committee

The SAAEI Permanent Committee is the body responsible for ensuring the continuity and stability of the conference by proposing and selecting the venues for future editions.

It defines the overall strategy of the conference and establishes medium- and long-term objectives, including the criteria for selecting the Scientific Committee of each edition. It also supervises the selection of reviewers and the paper review process, ensuring the scientific and organizational quality of the conference throughout its editions.

In addition, it monitors each conference edition, approving and guiding its organization at the beginning and evaluating it at the end in order to improve future editions. It ensures a coordinated transition between the outgoing and incoming organizing committees of two consecutive editions.
