The hotel offer in Aranjuez is varied and adapts to all preferences. It is recommended to make the reservation as soon as possible to avoid the lack of availability due to high tourist occupation dates. We leave you some recommendations:
The program includes 15-minute oral presentations followed by 5 minutes for questions, and technical talks with a total duration of 40 minutes. Posters will be displayed on the corresponding panels in A1 format. Specific instructions will be provided later.
Oral presentations will have a duration of a maximum of 15 minutes, followed by a 5-minute question/answer session. Presentations must be in PowerPoint or PDF format (it is always recommended to have a PDF copy to avoid possible incompatibilities).

The organizing committee of the conference has designed a series of sponsorship and participation options so that companies and institutions interested in this event can make their contributions, either financially or through collaborative actions.
In parallel with the conference, and as in previous editions, the EXPOSAAEI 2025 will also take place — a technical and commercial exhibition where companies and institutions will be able to showcase their products and services.
All conference attendees of SAAEI’25 Conference must register online. At least one author of each accepted paper should appear on the list of registered participants at the Conference, although it is not necessary that the author who submits the paper is on the list.
Each registered author may submit a maximum of two papers without additional charge.
Students will have access to a reduced registration fee, which allows the submission of only one paper.
